CTS25 – Turbidity Probes

DESCRIPTION

These probes use the nephelometric method to perform turbidity measurements accordingly with ISO 7027 – EN 27027 standards.
The IR light source generates a constant beam, the light scattered from the liquid is detected by a photodiode and converted into an electrical signal proportional to the turbidity of the sample.
Thanks to the infrared light source, the measurement is not influenced by the colour of the sample liquid.
Furthermore, a built-in temperature sensor allows for internal compensation of optical efficiency.
These probes can be mounted in a special flow-through probe-holder or directly in-line using proper adaptor.
