UV-S700 Series – Bactericidal Systems with Amalgam Lamps
DESCRIPTION
The UV-S700 series is part of the STEIEL range of systems for the sterilization and debacterization of water with UV-C radiations.
These systems are equipped with a digital control panel, stainless steel vessels and amalgam lamps, which ensure 100% yield of the bactericide action even in hot water, with temperature included in the 30 to 60 °C range.
They are used in the treatment of potable water, pharmaceutical industry, irrigation water and food industry.
TECHNICAL DATA
- Five models are available, with flow rate from 24 to 125 m3/h
- Hydraulic connections from 2” to DN150
- Basic control panel with graphical LCD and LED indicator, equipped with hour-counters for lamp life; remote ON/OFF, alarm relay and switching On/Off timer
- Version “H” control panel with additional functions to monitor irradiation and water temperature, control of the panel temperature and shutdown in case of vessel or panel overheating, optional 4-20 mA output and optional function of lamp power adjustment
- For UV-S704 and UV-S705 models, upon request a control panel is available with colour touch-screen, datalog, USB port, serial communication, digital outputs, optional function of UV dose calulation and lamp power adjustment
- Stainless steel AISI316L vessels, with L-shape configuration, to be installed horizontally or vertically
- Working pressure max 10 bar
