UV-S510 Series – Bactericidal Systems with Amalgam Lamps
DESCRIPTION
The UV-S510 series is part of the STEIEL range of systems for the sterilization and debacterization of water with UV-C radiations.
These systems are equipped with a digital control panel, stainless steel vessels and amalgam lamps, which ensure 100% yield of the bactericide action even in hot water, with temperature included in the 30 to 60 °C range.
They are used in the treatment of potable water, pharmaceutical industry, irrigation water and food industry.
TECHNICAL DATA
- Seven models are available, with flow rate from 150 to 1000 m3/h
- Hydraulic connections from DN150 to DN400
- Models UV-S511 / 512 / 513 / 514: versione “H” control panel with graphical LCD and LED indicator, equipped with hour-counters for lamp life; remote ON/OFF, alarm relay and switching On/Off timer, functions to monitor irradiation and water temperature, control of the panel temperature and shutdown in case of vessel or panel overheating, 4-20 mA output and optional function of lamp power adjustment
- Models UV-S515 / 516 / 517: control panel with colour EVO touch-screen, multilingual interface, datalog, USB port, serial communication, digital outputs, optional function of UV dose calulation and lamp power adjustment
- Stainless steel AISI316L vessels, with U-shape configuration, to be installed horizontally or vertically
- Working pressure max 10 bar
- Amalgam lamps, 400 W
- UV-C does greater than 400 J/m2
- Standard power supply 230 V~
