ST Series – Motor Dosing Pump with Diaphragm
DESCRIPTION
ST is a series of electronic-free motor pumps without, with mechanical adjustment of the stroke length, easy to use and requiring a minimum maintenance.
They are used in many sectors, such as the treatment of waste and process water, the dosage of fertilizers in agriculture, paper mills, food industry and in general the dosage of chemicals, even aggressive ones.
TECHNICAL DATA
- Flow rates from 4 up to 2000 l/h at the maximum counterpressure
- Pressure up to 14 bar, depending on model
- Rigid, multi-layer diaphragm; parts in contact with the liquid are in PTFE
- Manual micrometric adjustment of stroke length (injection volume)
- Techno-polymer or aluminium pump housing, depending on model
- Mechanical parts in oil bath
- Wide choice of construction materials for dosing head, valves and seals
- Standard heads in PP, PVDF and AISI316L
- Asynchronous, three-phase standard motor, 230-380V 50Hz / 280-480V 60Hz (single-phase on request)
