MATRIX Series – Dosing Skids
DESCRIPTION
The MATRIX series skids are a professional and extremely versatile solution for the installation of chemicals dosing stations.
They are built according to reliability and safety standards, supplied with conformity certificate and technical file complete with mechanical and electrical diagrams.
They are typically used for the reagent dosage in cooling towers, for the legionella prevention in DHW circuits, for the sanitation with oxidants, and, in general, for the treatment of potable, process and waste waters.

- Fast and safe installation thanks to the Plug & Play configuration
- Error-free electrical wiring and installation
- Conduction safety of the operator and environmentally safe chemicals storage
- Pumps and instrument provided already configured according to the requested control logic
- Metering lines in PVC, PVCC, PP or PVDF, depending on the product to be dosed
- Options: calibration cylinder, safety valve, flushing and washing line
- PROXIMA PSP series dosing pumps
- Electrical control panel or simple junction box
- Power supply at 115 or 230 V~
- Version with two separated dosing lines or double dosage of the same product, with optional standby pump
- Housings for one or two 25L tanks or 50L container
- Skid made of heat-sealed polypropylene sheet, can include only the pump sections, or pumps with electrical panel and instrument
- Compartment for chemicals with safety container against accidental spills in the environment and alarm for product leakage; also available with discharge valve
- Available in the reduced version for wall mounting or installation on a tubular steel support
- A measurement instrument of the S507 series and related sensor can also be housed
- Optional RW14 remote control system
